Our Team

Julie joined our team in the summer of 2016 and brought with her a resounding 24 years of dental experience. She began as a dental assistant and quickly pursued more in-depth training. She has received advanced training in restorative functions which offers her the ability to help Dr. Brooks place permanent fillings. 

She has been happily married to her husband Nathan since 1997. Her oldest daughter, Falon, recently married. And her son, Mason, is a high school senior

In her spare time she loves to sing, spend time with friends and family, and loves to be outdoors.

Alicia has greeted patients through our doors with her warm smile since the summer of 2015. She attended Miller-Motte Technical College for Dental Assisting and graduated in 2009. Since then she worked as a photographer until joining our team. 

She loves children and has a sweet daughter, Katherine, and son, Roman.  Alicia married her high school friend, Dan, at the end of 2015.  She and her family love spending time crafting, tabletop gaming and attending pop culture/sci-fi conventions. They live in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.  

Natalia joined our front office in the Summer of 2022. She serves as an asset to our Spanish-speaking patients as she is available for translation upon request. She and her family of five just recently moved to Chattanooga from California, but she is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has a background in fitness and health and early childhood education. 

She and her husband Gaston have been married for 24 years and have three teenagers at home. Since moving to Chattanooga they have enjoyed the outdoors, the beautiful lakes the waterfalls, as well as visiting the many antique stores.

Lola has played a vital role at our practice since September of 2011. She has been in the dental field since 1998 and is dedicated to her patients. Prior to working in Ooltewah, Lola taught in the clinic at Lake Land College in Illinois for five years, she also taught at Chattanooga State before coming on full time at White Oak Dental. 

She has two adult sons, Zechariah and Dakota, and one precious grandson named Nash. Lola lives in Ringgold, GA and has a basset hound named Gus. She is a very family-oriented and giving individual who loves baking, and often shares this talent with the White Oak team who love it too! 

Casey joined our team in the Winter of 2022 and our patients have immediately taken to her kind and caring spirit. She graduated from Chattanooga State in 2011 with her Associates of Dental Hygiene. She has lived in Ooltewah with her husband Steve and daughter Nyla since 2015 and we are so glad she has joined the White Oak Dental team. 

Katie has been a wonderful addition to the White Oak Dental Office and brings an excellent set of skills to our team. She graduated from Lee University in 2018 and began working with us in 2019. You'll not only see her chair side as one of Dr. Brooks' assistants, but you may also see her in our front office as you come and go. 

Katie and her husband, Adam, welcomed their first child, Emma, to their family in October of 2022. She loves to cook and bake at her home in Dalton, GA and also loves spoiling her "sweet, but crazy" puppy, Josie.

We are so happy to re-introduce Jess to our patients at White Oak. Some may remember her from nearly six years ago when she worked chair side with Dr. Brooks. She decided to stay home after having her two daughters, and now that they are both enrolled in school, she has returned to the workplace.

She graduated from Chattanooga State in 2014 and began working at Wolftever Dental (our former office name) almost immediately after. Jess and her husband Elwood have been married for nine years and enjoy their days spent at the lake and nights spent camping. Their family includes an Aussiedoodle named Winston, and a supersized affection for Fleetwood Mac.

Since October of 2014 when Dr. Brooks bought Wolftever Dental (now White Oak Dental) Jaclyn has been our Marketing Director, sharing the details of our practice with the world through website design, website management, graphic design and social media. Her bachelors degree in Communications and Marketing has allowed her to be excellent support staff to her husband Dr. Brooks as they manage this truly family-owned small business. Jaclyn loves putting her skills to work for the practice, and has played an integral role in the graphic and brand identity transition from Wolftever Dental to White Oak Dental in the Fall of 2022.

Together, Jaclyn and Dr. Brooks have two elementary aged children, Jack and Norah, and one energetic  Irish Doodle named Sadie.

We lost a beloved member of our team to a sudden and unexpected illness on March 3rd of 2023. 

She worked at White Oak (formerly Wolftever) Dental for nearly 20 years of her career and we miss her terribly. 

Cynthia loved her job and her patients so much and she was such a hard worker and dedicated employee. 

So many wonderful things can be said of Cynthia that it would take up several pages. We were blessed to know her and work along side her for so many years.
